• Peace Corps volunteer Packy Malley set up his DJ and projector for the meeting.
• Packy Malley presented a power point presentation with Shelia Baines on the visits and activities going on the New Road project and Sand Road project. New Road was visited on November 2nd and Sand Road on November 7. Local farmers were also on both of these visits.
• Land Clearance: A backhoe was provided by Councillor for the Division, Mr. Omar Miller, at the cost of $100,000.00. This was for grading the road, New Road.
